Staff Members | Pamela Thompson, Executive Assistant Pamela
Thompson has been the Executive Assistant of the North Dakota Long
Term Care Association since July of 1998. Ms. Thompson has an Associate in Applied Science
degree with emphases in legal and medical secretarial training from Bismarck State
College and a Bachelors of Applied Science in Technology
(BAST) degree from Dickinson State University.Ms. Thompson's extensive administrative and computer/software experience helps her assist the President of the Association in many ways. By keeping the hardware and software up-to-date the Association can provide information to our members efficiently and effectively. She is very involved with the technological integration of the Association. She implements the integration and installation of new software, upgrades and updates the computer hardware, and seeks more innovative ways for the Association to operate. Ms. Thompson also trains software applications to office staff. Ms. Thompson has developed and maintains the Association web site and has helped other organizations with the development and implementation of their organization's web site. Ms. Thompson has
implemented and an employee salary survey that has provided invaluable
information to our members that participate in the survey.
