Kris Magstadt is Director of Emergency Preparedness for the North Dakota Long Term Care Association. Magstadt joined the association in October of 2008 through grant funds provided by the North Dakota Department of Health.

Ms. Magstadt has a Masters degree in Management. Magstadt facilitates involvement of long term care facilities in a partnership with the Department of Health for emergency preparedness planning activities. These activities include establishing an awareness of the program, training on current plans, assessment of long term care needs and planning the long term care role in emergency response.

Prior to her employment with the Association, she worked for the several organizations, including Medcenter One, where she served on the Emergency Preparedness Committee.
