Bev Herman is the Education Director for the North Dakota Long Term Care Association. She has been employed by the Association since 1985. Ms. Herman is responsible for planning educational workshops, the Annual Convention, Fall Professional Development & Best Practices Conference, and the Annual Administrators Conference.  Ms. Herman directs the Association's Sponsors Member Program. 

Ms. Herman is also the Executive Secretary of the North Dakota Board of Examiners for Nursing Home Administrators. She is a co-facilitator of State Executives Forum for the National Board of Examiners for Long Term Care Boards (NAB) and is a continuing education reviewer for NAB.  She is also involved in various committees within the Association and is a Member of the Long Term Care Meeting Professionals.

Ms. Herman graduated from Capital Commercial College in Bismarck in 1978.  She also completed a management and supervisory development program through the University of North Dakota.
