Staff Member | Bev Herman, Education Director Bev Herman is the Education Director for the North Dakota Long Term Care
Association. She has been employed by the Association since 1985. Ms. Herman is
responsible for arranging educational workshops, the
Annual Convention, Fall Professional
Development & Best Practices Conference, the
Annual Directors of Nursing
Conference and the Annual Administrators Conference. Ms. Herman directs the Association's Sponsorship Program, Associate Member Program, and she is responsible for the publication of the Membership Directory and Buyer's Guide. Ms. Herman is also the Executive Secretary of the North Dakota Board of Examiners for Nursing Home Administrators. She is a member of the National Administrator in Training Taskforce for the National Association of the Board of Examiners for Nursing Home Administrators. She is also involved in various committees within the Association. Ms. Herman completed a program from Capital Commercial College and she also received a management certificate from the University of North Dakota.
