Wishek Living Center is currently seeking a dynamic, energetic, and committed Director of Nursing to serve our Skilled Nursing Facility and our Assisted Living Facility. The Director of Nursing is responsible for oversight of the daily clinical and administrative operations of the nursing department to assure that each resident receives the necessary care and services to attain or maintain the highest possible physical, mental and psychosocial well being.

This offers an exciting opportunity for an innovative quality minded professional who is resident focused. Candidates must have the ability to be self directed, independent and responsible for managing our nursing staff and enjoy coaching, teaching and training nursing staff.

Candidates must be able to identify problems, effectively plan resolutions and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

The individual must be a Registered Nurse and have management and nursing experience and be able to work in an environment utilizing electronic medical records eMar and eTar.
